Tobermory Hebridean Gin

 

Aroma: Fresh juniper with citrus and coriander notes and a hint of malt. Balanced.

Taste: Creamy and full-bodied with sweet malt. Fresh juniper softened by sweet oranges and lemons. Coriander, mild herbs and spices add to the flavour. 

Finish: Long and lingering, fresh and citrusy. 

 

Tobermory 12 years 

 

Aroma: Fresh fruity notes from ripe peach to green apple and juicy pear. Hints of brown sugar and cinnamon biscuits. Greek yoghurt and fresh barley.

Taste: Rounded malt notes with a hint of oil. Fruity sweetness of stone fruit continues.

Finish: Gentle wood notes paired with caramel sweets and juicy dates and oranges.

 

Ledaig 10 Years

 

Aroma: Smoky and sweet, with toasted almonds and walnuts, melted butter with creamy toffee and distinctive smoked fish flavours. Really versatile!

Taste: Nice and sweet with caramel and local stone fruit notes as well as heather, but also a big gush of peat smoke that washes over the palate with a little salt.

Finish: Medium long with lots of smoke, spicy pepper, fresh ginger and sweet liquorice notes.
