Color : A warm, golden amber that shimmers in the glass.

 

Aroma : A rich bouquet of aromas unfolds on the nose. Initially, intense notes of honey and caramel emerge, accompanied by hints of vanilla and oak. After a few minutes in the glass, subtle floral notes and a hint of fresh grass emerge, reminiscent of a walk through a flowering field.

 

Palate : On the palate, "The Field" is initially soft and velvety. The sweet aromas of honey and vanilla continue, now accompanied by a fine spiciness reminiscent of cinnamon and nutmeg. Fruity notes of ripe pears and apples complete the taste experience, while light, malty nuances and a hint of toasted oak are noticeable in the background.

 

Finish : The finish is long-lasting and warming, with a pleasant balance between sweetness and spice. The fruity and malty notes fade slowly, leaving a smooth, slightly spicy aftertaste.
