Farbe : Die Farbe ist ein tiefes, glänzendes Gold mit bernsteinfarbenen Reflexen.

Aroma : In der Nase entfaltet sich sofort ein reichhaltiges und komplexes Bouquet. Noten von reifen Früchten wie Pfirsich und Aprikose verbinden sich harmonisch mit floralen Aromen von Jasmin und Orangenblüten. Ein Hauch von Honig und Vanille sowie eine subtile Würze von Zimt und Muskatnuss runden das Aroma ab.

Geschmack : Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Whisky vollmundig und samtig. Die fruchtigen Noten setzen sich fort und werden durch eine delikate Süße von Karamell und Toffee ergänzt. Ein leichter Anklang von gerösteten Mandeln und ein Hauch von dunkler Schokolade verleihen dem Whisky zusätzliche Tiefe. Die Würze ist präsent, aber gut integriert, mit Noten von Pfeffer und Ingwer.

Abgang : Der Abgang ist lang und wärmend mit einer angenehmen Süße. Die fruchtigen und würzigen Noten verweilen, begleitet von einem sanften Hauch von Eiche und Tabak.

Fazit : Die DRAGON SERIES II „THE SPIRIT“ ist ein meisterhaft ausbalancierter Whisky, der sowohl in der Nase als auch am Gaumen durch seine Vielschichtigkeit und Tiefe beeindruckt. Ideal für Genießer, die komplexe und reichhaltige Aromen schätzen.
