Aroma
Intense, complex aromas of ripe red fruits such as dark cherries and plums dominate at first, accompanied by an elegant sherry note. This is followed by hints of dark chocolate, roasted nuts and a touch of Christmas spices, especially cinnamon and nutmeg. Slight honey sweetness and vanilla give the bouquet a velvety roundness.

Taste
Strong and full-bodied with a warming mouthfeel. The high alcohol content is noticeable but well integrated and enhances the variety of flavors. Rich sherry tones unfold, accompanied by notes of dark caramel and some marzipan. This is followed by subtle oak notes and spices, particularly cinnamon and a pinch of black pepper, which give the whisky structure and depth. A hint of orange peel and raisins lend additional fruitiness.

Finish
Long and pleasantly dry, with lingering sherry and oak notes. The spicy nuances, especially cinnamon and nutmeg, remain present, accompanied by a subtle bitterness reminiscent of dark chocolate. The fruity elements fade slowly, while the taste of roasted nuts and light tobacco notes linger for a long time.
