Aroma : Floral, fruity and with light spice, with vanilla caramel, sandalwood, cedar and a hint of toasted bread. Floral and slightly waxy tones of birch wine. Gentle traces of cherries and raisins, of apples, pear and lemon.

Palate : Fresh fruity spice with a light mineral aroma and hints of vanilla caramel, raisins, apples, ripe pears and citrus. A subtle hint of vanilla, toasted oak barrel, floral honey, sandalwood, cedar, anise, white pepper and ginger. Gently oaky vanilla spice, and the texture has a slight oiliness.

Finish : Light spicy tones combined with toasted oak and dried fruit.

For this spring edition, Mackmyra has once again collaborated with the small winemaker Grythyttan.

Using their birch wine, they have again created a Swedish whisky flavor in the classic craft tradition that will fascinate experts and aficionados alike.
