Pale gold to straw yellow, with a slight oily sheen that hints at the viscous texture.

Aroma
Strong smoky notes reminiscent of a campfire or peat moss.
Behind this, fruity aromas of green apple, lemon and pear.
Subtle sweet hints of honey and vanilla, accompanied by a hint of sea salt.

Taste
A complex start with a full-bodied peat smoke, which however does not gain the upper hand.
Fresh, lively fruit notes of citrus fruits and juicy apples.
Sweet nuances of malt sugar, accompanied by a delicate spiciness reminiscent of nutmeg and white pepper.
A light creaminess reminiscent of butter cookies or cream sweets.

Finish
Long and warming, with a pleasant interplay of sweet smoke and spicy oak.
A hint of ash and mineral notes linger in the background, inviting you to take another sip.
This whisky is ideal for lovers of peated malts who appreciate a hint of fruitiness and balance. Perfect neat or with a few drops of water to further develop the aromas.
