Nose : 

First a subtle sea breeze, reminiscent of the distillery's location on the Isle of Mull. This is followed by fruity notes of citrus and ripe pears, accompanied by hints of creamy toffee and a touch of oak. Light smoke and malty sweetness create a pleasant complexity.

Taste : 

The fruitiness continues, with an enhanced flavor of citrus and pears. There is also a subtle spiciness of cloves and a hint of cinnamon. Undertones of dark chocolate and vanilla develop into a full-bodied, slightly oily body. The smoke here is subtle but constantly present, resulting in a well-balanced and complex profile.

Finish : 

Long lasting and warming, with a pleasant spiciness and sweetness of dark chocolate and toffee underscored by a mild smokiness. A final note of salty sea air reminds us of the origin of this whiskey.
