Tomintoul Tawny Port Cask Finish is an unaged single malt whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in hand-selected Tawny Port casks from Portugal.

 

Aroma : Luscious berry fruits, blackberry jam and dark chocolate, accompanied by nutmeg and cherry liqueur

 

Taste : Notes of blackcurrants, blueberries and Black Forest gateau, accompanied by pleasant oak spices and mocha

 

Finish : Maraschino cherries and thick orange marmalade, fading into an aftertaste of cloves and cinnamon.

 

This whisky is characterized by its rich fruity notes and the harmonious integration of port wine influences, which give it complexity and depth.
