Colour:
Golden amber colour.

Aroma:
Fruity and lively. Intense flavours of red berries (raspberries, strawberries) with hints of plums and cherries. There are also notes of sweet vanilla caramel, cinnamon and a hint of oak spice.

Flavour:
Full-bodied and complex. The fruity berry flavours of the nose continue, accompanied by ripe grapes and dark chocolate. The sweetness of the Zinfandel barrel comes through clearly, with notes of honey, spices and light oak.

Finish:
Medium to long, pleasantly warm. Fruity and spicy with a finish of dried fruit and a hint of oak spice.

 

This whisky combines the richness of a Highland single malt with the sweet and fruity flavours of the Zinfandel wine cask, giving it a special and multi-layered character.

 

Limited to 1000 bottles.
