A seductive milestone in the history of Mackmyra. This whisky bears the first age indication in the form of a number on its chest very modestly. Hidden in the 50 meter deep Bodas mine, a large part of this whisky slept for well over 10 years.

A fine selection of Ex-bourbon,Oloroso and new American oak barrels, bottled in a limited edition, gives this Swedish single paint an elegant character with notes of vanilla, green fruit, caramel and balanced oak.

A seduction of the senses from the first second.

 

 

Aroma : Spicy, with berries and fruits, floral notes, rounded oak tones and feelings of dried fruits and herbs.  

Taste: Spicy and fruity with balanced oak, vanilla, raisins, anise and a medium texture. 

Finish: The aftertaste is long with berries and fruits, a pleasant spiciness, balanced oak and gentle with notes.
