Aroma: Lots of smoke in the form of maritime bacony smokiness that changes to burnt straw. Light fruit and sweetness comes through.

 

Taste: Intense straw bale smoke comes through very creamy with some campfire. Embedded in lots of malt. Then goes back into a very musty, ashy and mineral-maritime note. Some sherry sweetness then comes through. All integrated in a lot of harmony.

 

Finish: The long finish says goodbye with musty smoky notes still present.
