Aroma : Caramel bonbons,apples roasted over a campfire and a hint of white pepper. A subtle earthy oak character complements the slightly peaty note.

Taste: A pleasant sweetness of flamed oakin harmony with caramelized apples and ripe nectarines. The sweet smoke of burnt heatherleaves a smoky note in combination with the Scottish tablet (Scottish caramel confectionary) and braised barley. 

 

It is the first bottling in peated cask strength (batch 1)
