Depaz XO is a high-quality Rhum Agricole from the island of Martinique, made from fresh sugar cane juice. It is aged for at least six years in a combination of French oak barrels and ex-bourbon barrels, which gives it its exceptional complexity and elegance. Depaz is known for its artisanal production and the use of sugar cane from volcanic soil at the foot of Mont Pelée, which gives the rum a special minerality.
