This is a Jamaican rum that combines 11 different and carefully selected rums from the traditional distilleries Worthy Park, Hampden and Monymusk. The rums used are heavy molasses rums that are 100% produced using pot still distillation.
The rum is matured in former bourbon barrels and is free from any flavoring additives. The rum is only colored with caramel to give it a uniform color.
On the tongue it is quite spicy and oily. Vanilla and fruit come through slightly and you can taste a dry to light sweetness.
The taste is natural, aromatic and authentic and provides a wonderfully long finish.
