The different rum vintages are distilled using the "column still" and partly the "pot still" method. The blend is created by marrying different vintages with a small portion from Jamaica. The complex and multi-layered rum contains aromas of vanilla and walnut, along with a taste with notes of dark fruit, sweet oak and chocolate.
