Aroma: The nose opens with hints of freshly cut grass and floral notes. Then sweet aromas of ripe pears and apples develop, followed by a hint of honey and malt syrup. A delicate smokiness mixes with spices such as cinnamon and cloves, which give the bouquet an additional depth.


Taste: On the palate there is a lively mix of sweet fruits and spicy oak notes. Fresh citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons mingle with hints of dried fruits and raisins. The oak barrels leave a slightly spicy taste of vanilla and cinnamon, which is accompanied by a subtle smokiness.

Finish: The finish is long and warming. The sweet fruit notes slowly fade and give way to a pleasant feeling of oak and spice that lingers for a long time.
