The uniqueness of Brooklyn Gin lies in the use of five different freshly cut citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper berries. The nose is crisp and fresh with citrus aromas, accompanied by lavender and coriander notes. On the palate, this gin convinces mainly with juniper, complemented by complex layers of aromas and fresh citrus notes.

Bee's Knees (2 cl Brooklyn Gin + 3/4 cl fresh lemon juice + 3/4 cl honey syrup (equal parts honey and warm water) garnish with lemon, Brooklyn Gin Tonic with lemon zest.
