Reifen durfte dieser Blended Malt Hebriden Whisky sowohl im First-fill Bourbon Barrel als auch weitere sechs Monate im Sherry-Eichenfass. Das Ergebnis: er ist weich in der Nase, zeigt am Gaumen einen Mix aus weichem Rauch vermengt mit Trockenfruchtnoten. Dazu eine feine trockene Würze. Sehr weich und dennoch intensiv rollt er über den Gaumen und prickelt leicht. Die feine Sherrysüsse rundet als nochmals ab. Das Einzelfass hat eine Auflage von 229 Einzelflaschen.

 

Limitiert auf 299 Flaschen.
