Aroma : Initially a distinctive aroma of juniper berries and pine needles, followed by fresh citrus and orange notes, mingling with a varied hint of summer flowers and grasses, all underpinned by a nice spice note. Sugar kelp adds to the complexity and complements the whole with a dry, maritime scent.

Palate : Refreshing, smooth and with a lush mouthfeel. Wonderful balance between tart juniper, pine and a pleasant fruity sweetness of mango, grapefruit and orange. Green herbal notes develop, distinctive and soft on the palate with maritime notes of sugar kelp and dry shellfish.

Finish : A long and clean finish. Juniper and citrus fade into the background, sweet vanilla and some black pepper linger with a gentle sea breeze.
