Colour : An elegant rose gold hue reflecting the red wine cask ageing.
Nose : A bouquet of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries emerges first, followed by subtle vanilla and caramel notes. A touch of oak adds a certain depth.
Palate : A mixture of sweet and spicy notes unfolds on the tongue. Initially, the whisky is pleasantly fruity with hints of red grapes, figs and a light citrus note. In the middle part, spicy notes such as clove and a little pepper come to the fore without overpowering the fruitiness.
Finish : Medium to long, with a lingering sweetness and a hint of tannins from the red wine barrel ageing. A pleasant warming effect accompanies the finish and rounds off the taste experience.
