Nose :

Nose : The nose is smoky and peaty with strong maritime notes. There are aromas of sea salt, seaweed and wet earth. Underneath are sweet notes of ripe fruit such as apples and pears and a subtle spiciness.

Taste :

On the palate, Ledaig 10 Years is intense and robust. The smoky character is present, accompanied by a distinct peat presence. There are hints of ash and tar, complemented by spicy notes of pepper and ginger. A pleasant fruit sweetness, mainly of citrus, completes the taste.

Finish :

The finish is long and warming. The peaty and smoky notes persist and are accompanied by a slight oakiness. There remains a certain salty minerality on the tongue.
