Aroma : Smoke, spice, oak, fruits and herbs. Notes of peat,juniper, roasted oak and vanilla, followed by a medium-strength, smoky and spicy aroma with salt, minerals, tobacco leaves and light tar. Punch chocolates, pear fudge, ginger and vanilla.

Taste: Peat, juniper, salt. Much more smoke than your nose suggests. A pleasant oak falvor witthvanilla, roasted oak, pickled figs and pear fudge. Medium texture withextra rich notes of oak.

Finish: Spicy, smoky and oaky. With notes of tar, tobacco leaves and bright notes of pickled figand pear fudge.
