Aroma : At first sniff, aromas of fresh orange peel and lemon zest hit the nose. These fruity notes are accompanied by a light smokiness that is typical of Springbank. There is also sweet vanilla and caramel, which give the flavour a pleasant sweetness.

Taste : The flavour of Springbank 15 Year Old is complex and balanced. There is a mixture of sweet fruits such as apricots and pears, accompanied by a slightly salty sea breeze. The oak comes through gently, with subtle spicy notes of ginger and cinnamon. The smokiness is also present, but it is subtle and well integrated.

Finish : The finish is medium long and pleasant. It leaves a hint of dry smoke and a light spiciness on the tongue, which gradually dissolves into sweet vanilla.
