Aroma : sherry, cane sugar, dark chocolate, christmasy notes. Also almonds, toffee and oak.

Palate : Strong but pleasantly soft and creamy with sherry. Raisins, figs, marzipan, Brazil nuts, vanilla and dark chocolate again.

Finish : long and warming, the oak and sherry notes dominate with leathery spicy hints.
