The basic ingredient of our rum comes from molasses. The distillation is done by the famous distilleries, HE and Worthy Park Estate in Jamaica.

Then the rum is stored for 15 years in bourbon barrels in Jamaica, which provides a full-bodied character.

Afterwards, the noble drop still gets its finish in former port wine barrels in Germany, which gives the rum its unique character.

Thus, we achieve an overall result, with great ester aromas, fruity notes of, passion fruit, banana and pineapple, combined with a slightly woody note. 

The T. Sonthi Jamaica is bottled at a pleasant 43.4% vol. Alcohol content in the bottle. Its great dark color, owes our XO exclusively to the barrel influence. 

The rum was not colored.

The T.Sonthi Jamaica was slightly sweetened, (under 20g sugar per liter) so it is less sweet than our products Barbados and Panama.
