Nose : Rich and balanced with cooled cinnamon buns, preserved oranges and raisins with fresh oak. Subtle notes of mint in the background.

Palate : Smooth with classic sherry notes. Added fruity notes of banana and berry jam with butter cookies.

Finish : Pleasantly long with notes of dried fruit.
