Mackmyra Skördetid (Harvest time) isa swedish Single Malt Whisky, partially aged in Masi Costasera amarone barrels. The result is a whisky with a great taste and color. With sweet, rich and fruity notes of red grapes, raisins and a soft, herbal spice.

The Masi Costasera Amarone wine: Proud, majestic, complex and exuberant: That is Masis gentle giant. A Benchmark forthe Amarone-category, which together with Baroli and Brunello forms the aristocracy of the italian wine world.

It is the product of Masis`s incomparable expertise in appassimento-technology, in which traditional grapes such as Corvina, Rondinella und Molinara for the Valpolicella Classica region are laid out on bamboo racks and dried to concentrate the aromas during the winter months. Grape varieties are Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.

Aroma : Spicy, fruity and herbal warm. Vineyards of grapes and a hint of minerals.Round oak notes with vanilla. Aromas of anise, red-brown raisins, perars, fudge and vanilla.

Taste: Fruity and spicy with dried fruits, pears and raisins, ginger and vanilla. The texture is creamy and medium thick.

Finish: Fruity, spicy and oaky with warm notes of raisins.
