Product information "Kilchoman Machir Bay"

Machir Bay is the calling card of Kilchoman distillery and the only permanently available bottling.

First introduced in 2012, a new and more mature version has been released every year since then.

Mainly matured in Bourbon barrels (200 liter barrels) with a smallinfluence of ex-sherry butts (500 liter barrels), Machis bay is a classic islay malt - heavily smoky-peaty with balances vanilla aromes, tropical fruits and a nice sweetness in the background.
