Aroma: The nose is fresh and sweet, with apricot jam on grain storgae and acacia honey. Green tobacco leaves and a little damp grass create a vegetal backdrop. Notes of peaches in cream and crystallized ginger.

Taste: It dries on the palate like white pepper, crackles through golden barley and juisy nectarines. Walnuts form a complex sweetness while white grapes and a little acidity raspberries linger.

Finish : After a while a bit soft, a hint of pineapple and some clam juice.
