Aroma : Balanced with delicate smoke, the scent of pine forests and the sweet, warm scent of a eucalyptus grove. Light, fruity with strawberries and blach currents.

Taste : Earthy, spicy and with a restrained smoke. Sweet fruit notes such as plum and cherry compote are placed on top. Clove spice and freshly ground coffee.

Finish : Delicate smoke from burnt juniper branches, sweet spicy notes such as cinnamon and fennel seeds as well as freshly cut oak logs.
