T.Sonthi Panama is a blend of rums aged up to 12 years. The rum is aged in bourbon and PX sherry barrels, which gives it its fruity, sweet and soft note. The distillation of the different rum vintages takes place in the "column still" and partly in the "pot still" process. The blend is created by blending different vintages from Panama with a small portion from Jamaica. The complex and multilayered rum contains aromas of vanilla and walnut, joined by a taste with notes of dark fruit, sweet oak and chocolate.

T. Sonthi Panama is bottled at 44.3% vol. Alcohol content bottled. It runs under the designation of rum-based spirit, as it contains colorant and is sweetened and refined with 33g of sugar per liter.
