Garnish Islands is a small island in the sheltered harbor of Glengarriff in the south west of Ireland. The island is famous for its beautiful gardens that are home to some stunning plants that are unusual for the regions´s climate. This is thanks to the influence of the Gulf Stream and the unique structure of the Glangarriff Harbor. All of these factors result in a unique microclimate in which an amazing variety of exotic species thrive.

Inspiredby these gardens, West Cork disillers developed the Garnish Island gin. The botanicals come directly from the Island´s garden, such as hibiscus, sword lily, roses, rosemary and thyme. An elegant gin that is a real pleasure with tonic and a slice of lime.

The Garnish Island gin is not chill-filtered and is bottled at 46% vol. so that all natural aromas remain. The gin can become cloudy when chilled or mixed.
