Nose : A great, full fruitcake aroma on the nose coupled with an intense, noble sherry sweetness that evolves into a concert of dried fruit, sultanas and Christmas cake.

Palate : Silky and mouth-filling texture with a nutty character. Lingering sweetness with a remarkable balance between the sherry influence of the casks and the smoothness of the alcohol.

Finish : Medium length, malty and sweet.
