Aroma: The initial aroma of freshly roasted coffee leads to softer notes of "dulce de leche", roasted almonds and cocoa.

Taste: Full-bodied and incredibly deep. The palate is rich in vanilla and smoky notes such as coffee and raspadura, which reflect the taste of unrefined cane sugar.

Finish: Sharp notes of ginger and sicuan pepper with a slight taste of plums in the background.
