Colour : Lochlea Our Barley has a light, golden colour reminiscent of ripe barley fields.

Aroma : On the nose there is a pleasant aroma of fresh grain, accompanied by delicate citrus notes and a hint of vanilla. There is also a hint of oak that is subtly noticeable.

Taste : The flavour of Lochlea Our Barley is smooth and mellow. Sweet malt notes dominate, reminiscent of caramel and honey. The lemony nuances from the nose continue in the flavour and give the whisky a fresh and fruity note.

Finish : The finish is medium long and pleasant. There is a slight hint of oak that accompanies the sweet malt flavour and provides a good balance.

This single malt Scotch whisky is well suited to lovers of mild, fruity whiskies with a hint of grain and a subtle oak flavour.
